My name is Ryan and I represent The Fountain Group and we are a national staffing firm currently seeking an Fortune 500 Associate Process Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lincoln, NE Details for the position are as follows:

Person will support the labeling change requirements and the product transfers from another site.
Job Title:
Associate Process Engineer
Duties:
Understand GXP requirements for operations which support Dx manufacturing. Will be required to complete the following tasks:
Initiate change controls
Create/Route/Approve:
Packaging Bill of Materials (PBOMS)
Packaging Specs
Packaging Pallet Patterns
Stability Assessments
Initiate and write documentation for SPRs
Execute Line Trials
Execute Stability Packaging
Follow All Standards and Practices
Handle Sample Requests and Work with Suppliers to Optimize Components
Work with the Shop Floor to Ensure Component Runability and Line Target Achievement such as OEE.
Work with Creative Services (both local and global) to create artwork. Includes development/issuing die lines.
Ensure all master data such as weights and measures are in the appropriate systems
Provide draft specs and work with sourcing to get component costing in SAP
Provide assistance in new supplier qualifications and adding to appropriate reference documents
Write and train other associates on operational procedures or analytical methods.
Support the design, implementation, commissioning, qualification and operation of process and laboratory equipment to meet project goals.
Understand GXP requirements for operations which support Dx manufacturing. Write and train other associates on operational procedures or analytical methods.
Understand requirements of equipment lifecycle for manufacturing and laboratory equipment.
Support all equipment lifecycle activities (implementation through decommissioning) for new and existing GXP equipment.
Support manufacturing operations: Lead and support deviation investigations associated with process equipment and operations, lead and support implementation of corrective actions and change controls for process improvements and enhancements, troubleshooting equipment failures, evaluation and implementation of preventative maintenance and calibration activities, design and development of cleaning methods for process equipment.
